It's Easy To Make Breakfast Vegan

I'm a little embarrassed to admit I used to be the guy that had eggs and cheese for breakfast and occasionally bacon every day. That was then and now that I'm vegan breakfast has never been easier, faster and more enjoyable. There aren't too many people that don't enjoy ice cream or milk shakes. How To Start When Going Plant Based

Like anything new it takes time, patience and some experimenting. I was slow to make the change. In fact, I was the last one in our household to start but once I started there was no turning back...but that is just me and how I roll. Everyone goes about it differently but there are some very typical strategies to making the transition to a plant based diet and lifestyle. Start by finding a few people you know to help. Getting Enough Protein From Plants

One the first things people ask me when I tell them I am vegan is: "How do you get enough protein?" It's funny that we have been brainwashed into thinking you need to eat animal meat in order to have protein in our diet. That said, it took me switching to being plant based to figure this out myself. I never knew that spinach has a fair bit of protein as compared to other green leafy vegetables and that broccoli is high in both protein and vitamin C.
